What is Open Air Mindfulness?
This one-day retreat invites you to explore the natural world and discover happiness and freedom to calm the mind, relax the body, and awaken new life energy.
The program is intended for anyone who has a conscious connection with nature and is designed to support the recovery of mental health, resilience and well-being of people over the age of 18.
On the way through the beautiful nature, you have the opportunity to try:
- conscious walking in nature, which takes place in silence, offers the possibility of reconnecting with man’s primordial connection with nature, himself and something greater than mere physical existence
- conscious breathing exercises to calm the mind and relax the body
- connecting with the environment and objects in nature for the balance of body, mind and spirit
- healing with trees that give strength, stimulate circulation, raise energy, eliminate stress and strengthen immunity
